If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase/s then we are here to help:
Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours prior to taking delivery; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
You have 3 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, unopened and sealed.
A 20% handling and shipping fee will apply on any returns.
We will not accept wet food or hygiene items that have already been used.
No exchanges are available for confirmed orders.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. For an item to be approved of refund they must fit one of the following requirements:
The wrong product was sent by the merchant.
The product is defective.
The product was damaged in shipping.
The product is tampered with.
If your return/cancellation is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) within 10 to 45 days.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Note for all purchases on this site you are required to be a minimum age of 18 years old.
