Ranalisma rostratum is a small water plantain from the Asian tropics. In Europe, this plant is not very well-known yet, it is still very rare. Under water, R. rostratum develops very narrow, lineal light green leaves and runners. The plant is also suitable as grass-like ground-covering plant. Make sure the lighting is on the strong side, and add sufficient CO2 and nutrients.
